The products belong to Khadija cosmetics until delivered to the transportation company.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We replace any damaged product or any product mistakenly sent by us. You only need to send us an email and send us the product back within 30 days, after our confirmation.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All our prices include French taxes (VAT and other taxes) unless otherwise stated.
We will display all our out of stocks in each product reference. If the products become unavailable as you confirm your order, we will send you an email and offer you a refund on the products that are out of stock.
Even if we try to ensure our displayed prices are always correct, there might be a mistake. If the real price is higher than the displayed price, we will contact you and offer you the possibility to either purchase the product at the real price or cancel the order. If the real price is lower than the displayed price, we will reimburse you the price difference and send you your order.
If your products are delivered outside the European Union, you may need to pay additional taxes. All the costs linked to customs are to be paid by the purchaser, Khadija cosmetics has no control whatsoever over these costs.
Custom policies vary massively between countries, you should contact you local custom services for more information. Please note that as you confirm you order, you may be considered as an importer for administrative reasons. The protection of our clients is vital for us, and we would like to draw the attention to the fact that some customs services may open your order for inspection.
